- Residence Requirements: Eligibility extends to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and Protected Special Category Visa holders who reside in Australia.

- Early Intervention: Those needing immediate support to reduce future needs or to develop family skills may be eligible for early intervention assistance through the NDIS.
